Before you press play, take a quick mental note of how you're feeling right now. Your energy, your breathing, how busy your mind is.
Then listen with headphones if you can, somewhere quiet, with your eyes closed.
When it's done, notice what's different.
It might be subtle, the shoulders dropped, breathing slowed, mind a little quieter. It might be more noticeable. There's no right way to experience this. Everyone responds differently.
Your only job is to pay attention to the difference between before and after.
